1.2% tax is for an on-chain transaction. Most of the LUNC is held in wallets by centralized exchanges such as binance, kucoin, etc. When you trade on a CEX, it's "off-chain", and whatever "tokenomics" are in the smart contract don't fucking matter for the purpose of trades on that website.

The hopium overdosed lepers here think that Binance will implement some method to also apply such a burn to the supply traded on Binance (that's like 30% of the total supply). Supposedly once Binance does it, everyone will follow suit. I don't think any of that's going to happen but I am in it for the ride anyway.
