Deano is a massive lad, and a legend to his mates.
At 5.30pm, he drives his Audi A5 home, careful not to scratch it 'cause it's on a really expensive lease. But it's worth it 'cause checkout the bluetooth capabilites.
He opens the door (which still has the film on the windows) of his new build in suburbia. He drops his M&S carrier bag on the floor; he'll save the percy pigs for later.
His girlfriend looks up from her phone, quickly closing tindr.
>Hey babe, how was your day?
>Hey babe, great cheers, me and Danny had a right laff on one of the viewings and I'm in line to get a 2k raise if I keep these sales figures up.
His girlfriend looks away disinterestedly, thinking of the Chad from tindr she's chatting up. Deano is glad she bought this barefaced lie and hopes his lie was good enough to cover his affar with Tina, some slut from the estate agents.
Deano swanks into the pristine kitchen, opens his bare cupboards, pulls out the only item in the cupboard - worcester sauce. He douses his ready meal and chucks it into the pristine oven (still with film on the window).
Deano swings into the back room, a bare beige room that stinks of new carpet. It has a 65" TV in the corner with a slimline ps4 sat beside.
>Deano is a master at fifa.
All his mates agree he's the don, especially at long shots and especially after a couple of stellas. Deano the don.
>Deano the don!
Shouts one of his mates as deano logs on
>Fucking Danny!
Shouts deano back, his girlfriend in the next room rolls her eyes as she sends another suggestive snapchat to all contacts.
Deano goes on to win the match 17-10 and his league chances are looking great.
The oven timer goes off and deano sprints back to the kitchen, he pours the sludge onto a pristine plate (still has sticker on the bottom).
He pokes his head into the lounge and offers his gf some, knowing she'll refuse.
>No thanks, I'm eating out with the girls
>She's off to meet Ngubu, the one all the slags told her about.

America might be very flawed but so is everywhere and at least you have homes still. I could tolerate random car noises a few times a day but constant neighbour noise is intolerable. It would only be egregious if your neighbour was really into faffing with their vehicle.
>>51311306
Moved house when I was ~14 from a quiet northern village to a semi nearer a city. The neighbours were some shitty white trash scum who had 4 kids, no jobs, and two staffies. Their household was just endless screaming and crying or hooting and shouting. There's no particularly acute incident that was the final straw it's just so abrasive and it never ever lets up. They didn't live on a normal timetable either so it would be any hours.
I'm also conscious that I can make a bit of noise sometimes and I don't want to be that problem for someone. Moreover, I never want to have to even worry that I might be.

DeanoBox Inc. New Builds are guaranteed for 10 years - after that, I wouldnt overly trust them, they pretty much got everything value engineered to death now. Not going to work. Putting up 80IQ Africans in houses and paying all their bills is going to require an ever-increasing deficit (inflation) and punitive taxation- which will, of course, fall on the middle-class. Everyone who can will leave the country over the next few years. This will increase the pain on those who remain, in an accelerating cycle. Tradesmen, teachers, small business owners, etc with anything about them will likely leave for Australia and New Zealand. Scientists, engineers, programmers, finance sector for America. We've also reached the upper limit of what population our infrastructure can support without a vast overhaul... which we can't afford and increasingly won't have the skilled workforce to do. AND SO this means the death of property speculation. The Deanobox gravy train has hit the buffers.

The country won't collapse, it will just decline into a middle-income country. We'll have a small oligarchy and a vast mulatto underclass living on welfare or working in warehouses. There will be two distinct property markets (which is already the case really) an elite one in Central London, parts of Oxfordshire, etc that will probably hold up OK, and a pleb one that will dive into the fucking ground as the rest of the UK gets the full Detroit White-flight experience.

I'd rather not have a hard than new insulted with one of these

Does the UK even have suburbs like the US? Mind you, I don't mean sprawling planned suburbs with houses ten feet apart like you find everywhere in Florida, Texas, etc. I mean "unplanned" natural suburbs that serve as a buffer between urban and rural living. Do they exist there?

Sort of, but they were built in 1860 as train suburbs of various cities, and later swallowed, or left to decay, or both. Because the UK is so much smaller, and trains kept running much longer than in the US, automobile suburbs took off later than the US, really only post-1960 or 1970. The closest thing they have are gated communities, post 1995. They are very close to US ones.

Same is happening in burgerland. Production builders are scaling new construction back due to speculators afraid of what's coming. Custom homes are still popular due to building materials becoming cheaper.

The worst part is the tiny windows which I guess means you don't get to look into your neighbors' other tiny windows but tiny rooms, no sunlight, and shitty sewer pipes if it's an old renovation. I don't care of its brick and will last 100 years. I'm not living in some dated shitbox if I have the equity to upgrade. I'll pay off one home as my emergency digs and rent it out and live in something that doesn't make me want to rope myself.

Europe is fun to walk around but not live if it's like sardines. Loved coming back to Murica with breathing room and space.
