Meaning: if you buy 100 LUNC from Kraken, Binance, KuCoin, etc., those exchanges still have to send the amount to your wallet, all inside the blockchain.

The burn tax proposal will happen on whatever trade is, therefore it doesn't matters if someone agrees or not on the tax proposal.

Why do people just throw this weak, pointless FUD anyway? Exchanges can't magically send you crypto currencies outside of blockchains then back inside.

A burn wont magically make everyone rich, loads of shitcoins have tried it and none have worked out. It sounds good on paper but in reality its always a letdown even for the coins that where only tradeable on a dex because besides suffering from low volume its all about the available liquidity, the price might rise faster but will also fall faster.
