Bought into Uranium for the first time 2 weeks ago just because its actually something I believe in for once..

Bought Bannerman, UUUU, Encore, Baselode, Fission 3.0 & Denison. Funds are divided equally among them.

it was either a scam or just a failure. Bayhorse looked ok when silver was north of 25$/oz, but at 18/oz there's no fucking way - and thats the case with alot of juniors. if you understand gamma - thats what juniors are like. they have zero value unless the price of silver goes high enough and then they skyrocket in value rather quickly

Appia with a hell of a day. Besides Azincourt, probably one of the biggest U-related drop offs in the last downturn. Weak hands out. No position here since I’m leaning more towards near-term producers. They have good projects around Elliot Lake but it’s a tough go trying to raise operational cash in this environment.

Santa Cruz was quite the opposite today after investor sentiment soured over recent earnings results. apparently they have a $45M deal with Glencore (I’m thinking because they need the zinc?) in case they need more capex for their silver so there is that.

They aren't supposed to but it's a gray area, and something that is commonly done in this industry. /smg/ is unironically a good place to ask but I'll tell you what I know. Generally high IV stocks have expensive options, also I usually avoid any options with big spreads (difference between bid/ask). If you like buying and holding that's good, just buy long dated options. They're more expensive but they also don't lose their value as fast because they have a long time until expiry. Remember to take advantage of big swings because nothing goes up or down all the time.

Gold has gone down like what, 15-16% since the $2000 high in March.. SPY down like 18%, QQQ down 25% etc.

And this is with a very strong dollar too, EU and JPY gold investors are seeing gains this year based on their eroding local currencies. Also I don’t know why people keep saying it’s a inflation hedge.. it doesn’t have a yield so it will always lose out to bonds since boomers are addicted to the 60/40 bullshit that has worked since Volker, but is finally facing its imminent death.

Gold will be ok, it’s done a 10x since 2000 and is up like 450% versus USD in that time. It’s done well, and is as a unique as an asset as they come, maybe rivalled by farmland and fine art.

But despite all this, despite political tensions, i agree 2022 gold is underwhelming

I'm not prepared to share his premium information because it's worth paying for and there are too many newfaggots, namefaggots and all-around faggots ITT these days that don't deserve to be spoonfed for the crime of shitting up the best threads on /biz/

I will say that he called the gold bottom in July, he called the recent artificial attack on miners and that they would test and break through the bottom, and I'm willing to bet his call about what's going to happen next is accurate too. In fact, I am betting on it.

He also called that oil is too volatile to trade, as well as some other ongoing calls about the overall market. Just before I subscribed he said he was about to give subs a trade that would make enough money to pay for an annual subscription and then some, and he was right.

I've not been a sub long but so far I am impressed.

I don't know about this Gary guy but I think it's pretty clear that gold will break through 1,700 pretty easily and go to maybe 1,400-1,500. Dollar demand is just that high. I don't think there is any question about where PM's are headed in the near term. It's when the eventual trouble starts coming that gold will shine. War, or financial crisis. Looking at Europe. Oil is a wait & see, could be setting up a local bottom or could be a bull trap. Recessions are usually deadly for oil but with the world's supply chains and energy markets taken up by storm who can really tell. My guess is that oil at least has a bottom at $70 WTI or so but all that is subject to changes in supply and demand. I hope TTF will be capped to €150 at least but I think they'll set it to €100 since that's a nice big round number. Still super high so companies producing the stuff can keep making bank and remain lucrative as investments. One trend to keep in mind is food prices, watch how they rise as fertilizers particularly nitrates become more expensive for an extended time period. I also just read a piece of news that greenhouses over here in Finland will likely shut down this Winter due to rising heating costs so that's also a little bit of an insult to injury added on top.

The spinout is just a little extra cherry on top of this, not the main reason I own it. I intend on getting more shares if the price is right and if I can do it before the spinout for free shares then great.
Atlas has the resource in a perfect location and there are good news in the near future pipeline.
Probability for success is simply too high for me not to be in on this and the time frame can be far shorter for the climb than with these other stocks, which allows me to rotate the profits into them.
You can call it a get rich quick thing, but reality is that this has the potential move extremely quickly and you can't really catch it if any buyout or even talks about one happen.
