Alright guys let's channel our 'tism here; I've been chatting a bit in the USTC revitalization channel in the TR Discord, and Zaradar's idea for leveraging USTC via swaps is easily the best idea we have going right now (and should be done no matter what), I'm also wondering if we can add on to the burn so that the burn tax that's currently happening can also be used to help bring USTC back up to peg by using the LUNC that is being burnt to buy USTC before then proceeding to send that LUNC to the burn address.

Thoughts? What's the downsides here? I honestly can't think of any right now. Since USTC has an unlimited supply (via Zaradar's own descriptions), and people (especially USTC holders / developers) keep saying that burning LUNC is just throwing money away (which is true, but it's for a purpose); couldn't we just use that LUNC that is part of the 1.2% tax to do a swap for USTC, and then have the protocol send that taxed LUNC that was swapped for USTC to the burn address? That would raise the price of both LUNC *AND* USTC (while we wait for swaps in December), and would also help get rid of the bad debt that's currently in USTC by distributing the bad debt evenly amongst the new capital that comes in.

But it could get even better. You could take that USTC that has been bought back and send the USTC to the person that has just had their LUNC transaction taxed 1.2%. They would now be receiving equity and compensation in the form of USTC for their portion of LUNC that was burnt and we'd also be solving the fucked up supply distribution problem that USTC has right now where the top 100 wallets hold over 90% of the current supply, because you'd organically just get more holders of USTC over time by virtue of the 1.2% "Buy Back and Burn" tax.

This would also make swing traders, botters, and arbitraders and exchanges complain less because they'd know they're receiving an asset that is going to appreciate in value as USTC recovers its' peg. Thoughts anon?
