SOL. It's no where near perfect and has a lot of hurdles to overcome but it's the only chain that makes ETH maxi's sweat. They hate that it can scale without breaking compatibility and that it doesn't need its liquidity spread among X different L2s to function. It's also has the 2nd largest dev pool outside of ETH and it's rate of change in regards to gaining devs is the highest. It sees the most usage out of any L1 and will be used for payments which something only LTC can really claim in this space.
