What are the financial dispositions to take before dying so that your family gets as much money as possible?
Let’s assume I were to suddenly die tomorrow. My life insurance policy is maxed out and beneficiaries have been designated. All my crypto assets have been sold and taxes paid on them. I sold most of my belongings (motorbike, furnitures, a bunch of random shit like electronics and clothes) but I still need the car for a little while longer. I really don’t want to see an attorney to write a document though. Will my parents get all my money tax free or do I have to do something? It’s barely more than 100k but I would hate that the government get even a cent of it.

The best thing you can do for your family is not fucking kill yourself anon you don’t have to be Einstein to figure that theory out. But if you have some medical condition I’m truly sorry and wish the best for you and your family

There isn't a way to dodge the taxes before suicide. Any transfer made before the death will be understood as an Estate transfer and taxed accordingly. The only real way to dodge estate taxes is to give Gifts away years before you die.
