They like how republican idaho is in particular. I should've specified a lot of rich white republicans have bought 2nd homes or moved outright to idaho. I know this for a fact cause my parents know many likeminded people who have done the same. The real estate prices have appreciated at an insane level in boise and idaho in general as well.
