If you actually do this, especially with investing strategies where you wait until youre an old man to cash out tax free

You're

A) an NPC who just does what hes told and goes along with whatever everyone else is doing

B) Never experienced hardship in your life and cant imagine your experience ever getting worse and thus you dont have to do any risky investment stratergies

C) Never experienced a major health scare, so you're ignorant of illness and death or the affects of aging, you also assume you will live until youre 100 years old, and get to experience 40 years of retirement, not understanding that even if you make it to retirement age, you will be an old man and you will NOT be able to enjoy your retirement funds even if they pay off

D) ALL OF THE ABOVE + You don't understand that the next 40 years will not be the same as the last 40 years of baby boomer unlimited QE growth, and that your retirement investing strategy wont work out the same way as it did for baby boomers.

Here's the reality, you NEED to do high risk investments now, there is no middle-ground safe strategy that will get you anywhere anymore, you will either do the high risk investment strat and make it, or you will do the safe investment strat and get nowhere.

There is also a reason why tax-free incentives exist for not touching your retirement fund until youre an old man - its the government tricking you into saving for your own medical bills when youre an old fart, you as a young man cant understand ageing, so you assume "oh yeah 60 wont be much dif thean 20 brah, easy brah, just gona save for that 0 tax cash out later brah, yeeeeh braaaaah" and then you get to 60+ and you're an old fart, gotta deal with all kinds of medical issues, not able to enjoy your money because youre OLD, and the state successfully tricked you into funding your pathetic existence as an old man
