DTCC is the owner and method of accounting for american stock shares. I just checked the monthly chart and it still looks significant to me. The highest previous on the month was 23.35k vs 26.74k, a 15% increase.. against the lowest "peak" of 15.4k it's a 74% increase. Then the "valley" of 16.16k vs the highest previous "valley" of 15.14k is a 7% increase or vs. the lowest previous "valley" of 9.3k it's a 74% increase.

It could be a fluke but it is a significant increase in Direct Requests whereas every single other metric (feed updates, VRF, keepers) went down in the same time frame.

I think its the Q of crypto. back in 2018 there was a brief period where chainlink and xrp were shilled heavily here and both were the same price of like 30 cents. XRP is still 30 cents, and there are literally billions of more tokens than there are of chainlink and they keep printing more.
