Window washing/power washing service. Very small upfront capital with clients paying regularly for your service. All you need is a van, ladders, squeegee and a pressure washer to start.

Professional services consulting. Particularly "above the line" where you literally just send your staff to work full-time for someone else and then skim 2/3rds off the top.

any ideas for consulting related to crypto?
I can web dev, but rather be a part of crypto. I know how to run discord groups, code bots that track whale wallets and get alerts from them, writing reports on specific crypto/nft assets, but idk if people will pay for this shit or better off creating stuff for metaverse gaming projects or whatever

start a business that makes websites for people. like wordpress or something. if you need help, get someone from fiverr or whatever. or just completely outsource it to them.
or just strike a deal with someone from fiverr and tell him you'll pay x amount above his normal rate to prioritize the work you give him and let him do all of the necessary work. in fact, this isnt a bad idea.
make a few website portfolios to get clients. Then, find a decent graphic designer and web designer on fiverr to comprise your team. you just do all the client interfacing.

Lots of money in cleaning now. Particularly in rentals, commercial spaces and fleet vehicles.

I make about $500 a day in sanitizing semi trucks and bunks, about $350 a day clear after all business expenses.

I seriously don't understand why wagies take $15/hour cleaning jobs on indeed when private contractor rates are 5-20x that amount.

I was thinking about staining, painting, waterproofing, refurbishing etc. wooden decks. I have never done it before but my grandmothers back deck is an absolute wreck and I have watched a few YouTube videos on how to do it (not hard at all). I could fix it for her as practice and if it comes out looking nice maybe turn it into a part time side gig.
