Yes, their fees are too big. It's even worse than OP's pic for intl. transfers. For example, for a purchase from a customer in the US I pay a base fee of 5.4%, plus a mandatory exchange/withdrawal fee of 3%, for a total of like 8.4%.

For comparison, payments with Stripe only costs me 2.9%. I am very much considering dropping paypal even though many customers like it (because they don't see the fees).
