You got a 1901 V nickel? If it's circulated and you can't read the full clear LIBERTY on her head then it's not worth much, more than the cheap can of booze though. A cool and rare thing to find in change nowadays regardless but if you somehow got a near uncirculated one it would be worth considerably more.
