riddle me this crypto bros. if it's the future of finance, why is it that no one does anything else other than gamble and speculate on it?
i can't find a single crypto product which's purpose is not just for the token to pump
actually nevermind, you can buy drugs online i gotta give you that.
"we are still early" is not an argument really it's been more than a decade and billions of dollars of investment yet all there exists is a fancy casino from which it is impossible to cash out

it took >30 years for the internet/web to become what it is today
~10-12 years ago most people still didn't have smartphones, sending even a simple mail was kind of pain
What you don't misrepresent in your head is the exponential nature of adoption, there is practically nothing until suddenly it's everywhere

bitcoin. fills a gap in our financial markets in the most innovative and beautiful way possible. "we are still early" is valid, because people like you still dont understand the role it will play in future. this will be the standard form of storing wealth, and is inarguable fact.

The future is either anarcho-capitalism (Monero and such), or commieland taxrape (CBDCs), choose wisely faggot, there is no middle ground possible, technology is too advanced

because at that point they literally only existed for a year or two. Crypto has existed for over a decade.

I'm guessing you were born after the dotcom bubble?

Bitcoin and privacy coins are the only useful things in crypto, the rest is just silicon valley grifts and scams.

>because at that point they literally only existed for a year or two.
I'm talking about the convenience and adoption of the web before and after smartphone mass adoption.
In 2010 (20 years after the web, 30 years after darpa) you didn't have everyone using it basically all day. It was a secondary thing for most people, with most normie families still having 1 little shitty computer in a room somewhere.
The transformation happened extremely quick and fast at that time
>I'm guessing you were born after the dotcom bubble?
before it, my I lived as a young boy the transformation between old and smartphone, very different world.

The thing I want to illustrate is this: you underestimate exponential adoption
Money is a network after all.
And then everyone will act as if the transformation that is coming was obvious, just like today with the web.

With the constant growing authoritarianism and general government overreach, you really don't see the writing on the wall ?
You don't see the unfathomable power of privacy coins ?
The alternative is CBDCs, and the central banks are working hard for this to happen (they have fire under their asses because of crypto.)

God, I fucking hated that weasel, always getting one over on the baboon. He never earned anything it just landed in his lap. I think we all relate to the baboon, trying its hardest but still falling flat on its face. Much like crypto.

Fuck you, weasel.

really i only use crypto to buy drugs. Idk what other people do with it
