I’m trying to build up my Bitcoin holdings but every single trade I make ends in with me losing Bitcoin

I try swing trade Bitcoin itself, and I lose Bitcoin

I try swing trade Bitcoin into Ethereum and so lose Bitcoin

What the fuck other way to gain Bitcoin is there other than to just buy more with fiat ?

You are in a way in a Truman show. The industry (cex, brokers, fonds, influencers) is a machine that is built to siphon your money to them. It’s the wealth transfer from dump money (You) to smart money. To you it seems like magic how things always seem to go against you, as if there is an invisible force conspiring against you (there is). The problem is they know you better than you know yourself and they have groomed you into milkable livestock. You have no clue how the system is stacked against you.
