I've been in since 2013 and if it were bullish we would have already went to $30k. Check the stock market its already returned to June approaching May levels while BTC rejected doing so. The stock market is so due for a dump its rediculous and since the market INSISTS on BTC following the stock market (while apparently ignoring most of its pumps), its most likely to continue the dumping pattern on the yearly chart. Stock Market is absolutely due for a dump; that being said BTC could be brought down initially as there will be apocalyptic damage across all markets. I agree once it stops behaving like a tech stock and there is some more major adaption/ bull news we will have that non correlating behavior that BTC used to operate on and kick off the actual golden bull-run.
