No but nearby, and have friends living there now. It's one of the better places in DFW proper. Plano feels like a real city, unlike a lot of newer suburbs that are just soulless mcmansion sprawl. It has a decent mix of ethnicities but not much poverty or crime. A lot of Viet, korean and chinese people, and neighboring areas like Richardson are pretty nice. UTD is a great school and there's quite a few companies there that brings in a decent demographic

These two cities are going to be shielded from the next recession and are getting ready to experience massive population growth.

I'm looking into buying some land in one of those cities near the chip factory and put up a set of self storage buildings because people aren't going to be able to afford more than an apartment and will need storage units to hold all the shit they buy from Amazon.

Both those cities are massive logistical locations because of their proximity to other large cities in the area.

There will be up to 100 additional support buildings built around the factories, and that doesn't include all the other companies and industries that will follow the chip production.

Look at all the economic activity that Taiwan generates based of chip manufacturing.
