The thing that concerns me that most is that its not only property prices being crazy high, its combined with the fact property is not even being built properly, the materials used are awful, the builder effort is low, its all rushed shitty low quality builds because builders are trying to maximize profits for every possible cent. Getting maximum gains for minimal effort, and people are paying for it, so they keep getting away with it.

All these million dollar mortgages on homes that were built for 100k
