Depends how much they've got in Fiat. That's something I've been thinking about, is contacting them and having a conversation with them, because if you're pulling out a shitload of money, like say 40 million or something like that, they'll need to either have that amount in Fiat on hand, or they'd need to liquidate some assets to cover that withdrawal and/or figure something else out in terms of collateral borrowing.

It would be wisest to have it split across multiple exchanges for the sake of having better exit liquidity. But honestly out of all exchanges I trust Kraken the most. They are among the oldest and have never had a major security breach. The CEO is pretty based. I'm no expert so take this with a grain of salt, but when you sell your LUNC for example and see your USD (or whatever currency) balance on the screen, I would expect that this is still an imaginary number on the screen until you actually request to have it transferred to your bank account. If you do this piece by piece rather than trying to withdraw $10M at once (I think Kraken actually has a limit of $100k/day depending on how much you have verified with them) I think you will be ok. I'm sure most of us will probably be putting a decent portion of our earnings back into crypto, so that should help the situation.

Bit of a loaded question. What are you trying to do? Are you trying to cash out asap or stake for longer term? If you want to sell most of your stack right away the tradeoff is that Binance has more liquidity so you should be safer in terms of cashing out, but Kraken has a better security track record and allows you to set sell limits at whatever amount you want in case you want to just forget about your stack for a while. If you just want to stake then IMO your best bet would be to move to a Terra Station wallet and find a validator to stake with there. Whatever moves you decide to make it may be wisest to move it there before the burn tax (unless you intentionally want to contribute to the burning). But given the smaller stack I assume you're more interested in keeping what you have so far.
