I know you're trying to be cute, but it unironically is bullish.

Fuckin retard bearfags think bad news is bearish for the market. Yeah then please tell me how Covid and locking down the entire world was "positive" for the market. The world economy is dead in the water. Has been for years ! And we virtually went parabolic without giving anything back....
Any bearfags care to explain ?

The answer obviously is in the debt markets, and what central banks are doing. Pumping.
As long as it pumps (which the system requires to function) - we are bullish. The faster the system crashes, the more fucked up and distorted the markets will be, and as a result so will the returns.

TL;DR, yeah it actually is bullish to see this.

wouldn't that proportionally make the "cash" that people cash out into more and more worthless anyway?

We're on the contraction half of the debt cycle though. Retail has to bleed to death before it restarts.

Yeah, I thought Dr Doom is supposed to be Roubini. But maybe it's just the standard nickname for permabears who make it to the frontpage of the news.

Let’s not forget that JPMorgans told wealthy investors that there was a 10% chance of a soft landing, 60-70% chance of a recession and a 20-30% chance of something much worse than a recession

JP Morgan says a lot of shit. Conveniently their narrative always aligns with all of their current positions.

Funny that. What are the odds huh?

It's their positions that align with their narrative, not the other way around.
Of course they're going to be trading according to their viewpoints!
No reason to mistrust them goy.
