The 200 MA is used for long term trends. The algorithms like to use it for buy/sell points sometimes. It's a decent entry and exit point for 3x ETFs. There's a paper call "leverage for the long run" which shows the back testing of the strategy (pic related) among other things. SPY and QQQ are already above their 200 EMA. I'll be buying UPRO and TQQQ when they cross the SMA as well.

It's hard to really determine what the future for SIGA will be. The pharma industry by all accounts doesn't want to eradicate disease, that's not profitable. They want to treat the symptoms and ensure you catch it again.
