Their team is pretty accomplished, they historically underpromise and overdeliver. They have actual working tech that you can play with today in their Showcase, they have successfully developed Turing complete state channels which is very impressive work. Since they're selling a platform, there's the possibility of a much wider audience for FUN vs them just running one casino and hoping they hit it big. Gambling will always be a big industry and if a coin like Etheroll can reach $3 with their shitty product, I don't see why FUN and their suite of games couldn't do better.
