sanctioned and every associated walled will be blocked and tainted.
The ethos of crypto pretty much died, right here, and without that ethos or pillar you can just gamble on

The obvious solution is to spam tiny amounts of tornado cash to blackrock wallets, vitalik wallets, and other high level establishment faggots to lock them out of their own wallet. Imagine how much havoc could be reaped as the ETH merge is blocked by TRM banning all PoS ETH wallets.
