I unironically lost all my money (20k). Thankfully i live with my parents but i had to ask them 50 bucks to buy a fan on amazon. This month i refused three invites to go out cause i don't even have 5€ for a beer.
I'm 32, i don't have a job and i'm a virgin too

Don't take his post serious, remember he's here to rile you up, not help you. I think you are cool because you admit your shortcomings and failures, most people are afraid of being vulnerable like that. Therefore you are the winner in my eyes, not the losers replying to you trying to put you down

I made my money by working at a grocery store part time in my late 20s. After that i decided to quit and go to university to get a comp sci degree but it didn't go well, after 4 years i'm not even halfway, not cause i don't get the concepts, i just have zero discipline, time management and work ethic. Last year i thought "well this will take longer than expected i better find a way to make money in the meantime" got into trading and now i'm in this situation. I don't even have the money to pay for next year uni taxes (it's just 800€). I'm unironically unable to fend for myself, i need a fucking adult

learn python through "python principles" they give it out for free.
after you can give c++ a go on codecademy.

they take you through it like you're a monkey but if you do those 2 all coding is pretty transferable for the CS degree.

I did IT when I was younger and didn't get any of it until 5 years later. hang in there OP.

Lol I'm 37 now and my situation is very similar to yours OP. I've been living with my parents since early 2017 after I've lost my job of 10 years, couldn't get another one because I'm also schizoid, mildly autistic, plus in a third world shithole with terrible economy and job market since 2016.
Got into crypto in 2017 and lost almost literally all my money in the 2018 crypto crash. For a time I was in your shoes. Didn't give up and ended 5x above initial in 2021. Cashed out enough to keep me going for a few years, not enough to even move from my parents, but at least enough to buy PC parts when they break, go out once or twice a month, and purchase cheap birthday and mother/father's day gifts for my parents - they sure deserve much better.

I hope wagmi fren

nac and selenium are precursors to glutathione, most brain shit (aka "psychological issues", which they aren't) is due to heavy metals and oxidative stress. zinc creates metallothioneins, which remove heavy metals as well as have a general antioxidant role. iodine and magnesium are also importanr (and cheap af) but the first three are the main supplements one should definitely get.

i would get voice playback before going to sleep my whole life, like not voices talking to me, but hearing random conversation snippets from previous days inside my head. when i was really tired, i'd even get them during the day.

this is the first symptom that left ne, along with a bunch of other shit, including headaches, diminshed motivation, chronic fatigue, shit like that.

glutathione is the body's main antioxidant, read up on it. i'm on mobile so i can't type properly. anyway you guys will be alright. i used to hold 9k link back in 17 and lost it all by tilting while trying to make it a 10k stack. wish i had known about selenoum and nac back then, maybe i wouldn't have titlted as bad. anyway, i now have a beautiful baby daughter and my wife still puts out, so i can't complain. money isn't everything if you have at least enough to get by. the rest will come on its own if you only let it

aim for at least 1800mg NAC (two caps before breakfast) one before dinner. eat eggs and other sulfur foods for better glutathione production.

aim for at least 100mcg of selenium per day 200 would be optimal. take with meals. zinc you're supposed to take before meals. if you supplement iodine (eg through lugol's 1-3 drops per day) you should stay at 200mcg selenium and not less

good point. eat sardines every day, if possible sauté'd instead of fried or roadted. eat a lot of salads and eggs, eat everything organic amd stop eating sugar and white breads add chicken livers (organic) to your diet. work out and take as much sun as you can (forgot to mention vitamin d)

if you can't do the above, just take the damn supplements. they're not pharmaceutical products anyway, the sell them at grocery stores. pharmaceuticals are shit like psych meds, clotshots, legal meth etc. the supplements i listed are just stuff that's missing from modern diets due to big agro practices

I've started taking a few supplements since this february. I'm taking zinc picolinate (50mg), magnesium (500mg), vitamin D (10000 UI), vitamin K-2 (100mcg) and folic acid (3200mcg) since february (these are my daily dosages).

My health, disposition and mental energy seem to have improved well, however my mental state especially my anxiety and irritability not so much. I also have issues replaying conversations in my head over and over, doesn't seem to happen as often as with you guys but can be really bothersome sometimes. Didn't know about NAC and Selenium. Maybe they're the missing pieces.

By the way, I highly recommend trying folic acid supplements to anons who are always feeling tired, sleepy and without energy. That seems to be the supplement that fixed this issue for me.

>>50878856
I tried a few dietary changes as well. I also recommend eggs and liver. Sardines can also be good but, like all seafood, should be consumed in moderation if you have thin blood issues (like me).

I went gluten-free for a few months and didn't notice much benefit, however I realized how gluten alternatives tend to be a lot more nutritious, so I started moderating my gluten consumption and often replacing it with actual cooked rice or rice flour based alternatives.

Many people could also benefit from reducing their milk, cheese and dairy intake. Many people are addicted to them and don't realize it. It was really good for my health.

Notice how I always say to reduce intake and eat less of things instead of cutting them off from your diets completely. That's how I think, I'm against any radicalism in our diets, unless you have a severe allergy to something. I favor consuming a bit of everything in moderation.
