I know some of you are beyond help, but I'll try anyways. Never let emotions control your trading. Never fall in love with a position or stock. It took me a long time to figure out and a lot of lost money when I first started trading too, but I've since spent time learning how to read charts, understanding what exactly drives the stock market, charted unemployment rates vs the S&P 500 vs yield curves etc to see how the market behaves, identifying fake news from real market-moving news, and understanding the relationship between inflation, the economy, stocks and the Feds. I feel I have a better grasp on the market and economy than most "experts" out there. I'm not always right, but I'm more right than I'm wrong.

Having said that, someone once asked how do you know when to sell a position, for profit or loss? The answer is when you feel you can make better returns elsewhere, as a function of time.

While it's hard to admit you're wrong, and hard to sell something for a loss, you need to look at the bigger picture. The market already sold off for 6 months. Things are improving. It doesn't matter if anyone holds to their idea that X or Y will happen. The market won't care for your thoughts. The market is forward looking. Remember that. There's a reason Warren Buffett says number one rule is to protect capital.

If I didn't care, I wouldn't waste my breath writing this up for you guys. Learn from my mistakes, from my long decades of understanding the market. But I can't help the unwilling. Only you can save yourselves.

Finally, buy TQQQ on the dips. The deeper the sell off, the more I buy. Beg, borrow, or steal, but whatever you do, buy TQQQ as cheap as possible and hold.

Oh, and contribute to your 401K and Roth IRAs.
