Why would anyone buy a house for 7figures when you can just buy a boat for cheaper and you can be the king of the seas like Poseidon?

Sounds like UCSD. Only nude beach I went to was near Portland last year with some friends while visiting. It was maybe 50% nude if anything. I watched this old man walk up to this group of girls that looked like they were a bunch of shy 16 year olds on the middle lower end of the social hierarchy. Seeing this pale raising walk up to these girls with his nut sack half way down his thigh with sheer confidence was a hearty kek to be had.

It's fiberglass metal and wood. Its going to sun bake rust and water log and the best part is you dont have a 1/4 acre of beach front property to keep your tools to fix your boat and dry dock it. Even if you did your better off staying there and dry docking other losers boats for repair like some autismo.

>>50815185
False. You're looking at property in down town Portland within walking distance to a star bucks. We're talking a fucking boat where your front lawn is filled with sharks in the middle of the ocean. You can buy undeveloped property in the middle of nowhere. Your real expense is developing skills and systems to support yourself out there like digging a privy, solar panels, wells etc.

>>50815053
Like look at this dude. He has no plans to stay away from a tent. Its not even on his radar.
My posts are like little gifts to you. Because a portion of you live on the absolute fringes of civilization and how do you think people end up in a tent in the city centers you congregate in? Talking about your dreams of boat ownership? Youre all 1 wrong move away. Usually that involves a girl, a sex offender charge or a bad divorce and 2 kids.

Did you know that you cant even shit there? you have to do it in a fucking plastic bag because you can fuck up the toilets. Showers are a joke too so its better to do it on deck with the hose. So after a few days you feel always dirty. Also no AC inside only little fans everywhere.
Only good thing is that we always had different group of girls around but hell, those boats are good for 1/2 day trips more is a pain in the ass.

not true. you are still in a corrosive environment so you gotta do lotta maintenance work on your boat to prevent future money spending and even the maintenance costs a lot.

Sails are obviously expensive and cost you lots of money. these small/mid boat engines are pretty simple and straightforward I dont think they are costly to maintain but the fuel costs are obviously high
