$1 would be a $10 billion fully diluted marketcap (only about half the tokens are circulating in the near future though). Many other L1s got to around $100 billion in the last bull market based off almost nothing. Oasis actually solves fundamental problems in blockchain, it should be top 20 already just based off of Parcel if it got the same level of speculation as the other crap out there.
