Simple cheap (~$5) haptic feedback wristband for athletic training. Waterproof. Can set to buzz at intervals or countdown. Most people dont time their gym rests between sets, even though statistically you recover your energy tank at 3 min. A little marketing and decent markup and you would make millions easy.

It's a good point that the arcane nature of the transactions would probably inhibit them from actually purchasing such products. In light of that, I'll amend my idea to something couples-oriented. Two halves of a digital product that can be used to signal a relationship. Relationship signaling with matching profile pictures/skins is a big deal to these types and they could just beg their e-bf to buy it for them.
