I mean... from what I've gathered Fidelity is for sure the best way to get your shares DRSd in the USA. I've had no problems with them and there was a time SS had thought Fidelity was the only broker that had real shares left over. I really don't know whats changed. I mean, other brokers are really making everything a problem. TDA has record warehouses burning down. I DRSd out of Fidelity a long time ago and just recently bought more to trade on Fidelity, because I don't trust the others. Not to say I trust Fidelity but yknow... they make it easy to get in and out.

I'd chalk that up more to Fidelity being the most commonly used retail broker after RH shit the bed, since people all flocked to what seemed the most "reliable" one, (and they also didn't turn off any buttons in the sneeze).
It may be some kind of organized FUD, but to me it seems just as likely that Fidelity is just the most popular American broker for GME bagchads thus you'll see them mentioned the most.
