Polygon is called a Zk powerhouse for a reason.
they were the first to announce an open source ZkEVM which will take scaling ETH to new levels.
the choice is obvious

everything you mentioned other than PolYgon has no real working product

besides when Polygon drops their zkEVM they’re going to sweep the competition

Only ZKsync left standing after it turns out Starknet require negotiating IP agreements with their vendors to build on them.

Not sure where ZKsync is on their roadmap but i believe it's the less capable, more honest project out of the two, Also the more difficult one as they're trying to make it compatible with the EVM which's almost impossible

there's literally no competition here since Matic is the industry's leading zk powerhouse, and lets not forget how polygon was able to a full featured zkEVM in one year, whereas the zk devs community was speculating that zkEVM development will need at least 5 years if it was even possible
