Good morning Chads!

Daily reminder NEETcucks
>Just think: NEETs used to think their trump card was not having to go anywhere and being able to lie on their beds browsing 4chins etc. all day. Now thanks to Covid and WFH, the rest of us do that but also get paid vast multiples of whatever paltry amount they get in NEETbux. Think how fucking furious they must be, the dawning realization that they've wasted their prime years.

Mfw always did this while waging 2013-2018.
There was a 1 year exception where I had to go to the office, and ironically it was the time when I had actual 0 responsibilities. So I took my personal laptop there and did bitcointalk.org bounties (mostly translation but also signature bounties through 50 spam profiles). Made $250,000 from bitcointalk while being paid a stable and above average salary for a code monkey, lmao.

Nowadays chads actually jobmax and get 3 salaries at once while doing nothing, I strongly advise you lads to give it a try. I don't care about waging atm because I bought the AVAX ICO but I can see having 3 stable jobs doing nothing as the shortcut to making it.

I've thought about getting a second job but I'm worried about the background check. I currently work at a big 4 (cyber) and the background check was fairly invasive, almost like the security clearance process. Idk if they set search triggers on my profile or some shit.

P.S. Even though I made
~$20k in a day with Aeternity
~$20k in a day with Monaco (now crypto.com)
~$20k through the Adex bounty
and many more, this doesn't work anymore, unfortunately.
Back in the day 1% of token supply was reserved for "bounty participants", aka people who translate the whitepaper to another language, and people who post on bitcointalk with a link to the project in their forum signature.
I made 3 translations per day (google translate + fixing minor errors) which gave me about 0.05-0.1% of all the tokens in circulation for multiple projects, including ones that are still big such as crypto.com. I'm also responsible for a lot of pajeet posts on there, where I subscribe to a "signature bounty" with one of my 50-ish profiles (each through a different proxy) and post stuff like "hello sir this project show very promise, I believe better than ethereum and at least #2 coinmarketcap soon" for the entire day.

It was genuinely fun times and I did all of it at work lmfao. Wonder what the 2022 equivalent is, since I'm bored af.

>p.s. I never wrote a line of code for that particular company, but through sheer luck I actually found them a client later on, so they actually love me lmfao

Anyone experienced with overemployment? I would like to try it as a software dev but feel bad about letting my team lead down at my current job since I kinda became friends with him, am i just a cuck? Also my job is hectic sometimes and other times chill how would you handle it if both jobs have a rush period at the same time.

I do maybe 1-2 hours of remote work a week and just got a $10k raise and 5 star performance review.

Yes. Your coworkers are not your friends. Your coworkers are not your family.
Vax mandates proved how much they "care" when they fired people with 20+ years of service right before winter.
They don't care about you. Don't care about them.

>since I kinda became friends with him
Yeah that kinda sucks. I know people who are overemployed but they're all treated like shit in their "main job". Or at least they have no reason to be loyal.
And in my friends' case it's not like they hold 3 jobs at once, they just do toptal/upwork in addition to their job. They do it from restaurants during their 3 hour lunch break lmfao. But it's hard to manage since some of the projects on those websites take screenshots from your PC and know when you're active and when you're not so it becomes a major hassle to actually pick ones that would leave you alone and just pay you for work done. I know in my pal's case, he found a "client" through toptal but does jobs for them separately from the main freelancer website.
From what I've read, in shut down USA it's actually easy to land 3 jobs at once, hope someone with experience jumps in this threat to aware us xD

Software dev.
Security consultant.
That sort of shit.
The two people who I know do "overemployment" do one "official" main job + toptal. But one of them legit works 10 hours a day. The other one works 3 hours a day for the toptal stuff and does nothing at his job.
In Europe, or at least in Bulgaria, when you start your new job everyone can see your employment status. USA wins again by allowing you to actually get overemployed, you better take advantage before the music stops. You'll eventually get found out and fired but if you can maintain this for a few years you probably won't need a job anymore.

Been a remote salesfag for like 3 years and own a house in the suburbs, single no pets and 27. Unironically thinking about renting an office space about 15 minutes away and parlaying it with an athletic club nearby.

Im feeling like a prisoner in my own house, what do you guys think?

I live on 100 acres don't have another neighbor for 3 miles. I love being alone and having all nature to myself, but what you're doing is not uncommon. What about wework or something like that?

I'll never take a non fully remote role, but my optimal setup would be an office that I can go into if I wanted. Essentially looking to fill in the routine. What I've been looking at are similar to weworks but more having a private space as I have client calls etc.
