This happened to me
>Order 5 of the large gun safes that are on clearance
>85% off. Weigh 225lbs each.
>Truck shows up to my warehouse and only 4 are delivered
>Check order and 1 has tracking # that says it was delivered at same time
>Call and tell them that 1 was missing
>Joe Smith aka Pajeet Clackclackbingbow tells me it shows delivered
>Offer to send him video of dock camera showing only 4 being unloaded
>We go back and forth for 20 minutes about how I did not get it delivered
>He says he is refunding it
>2 days later all 5 are refunded
>Call in and explain only 1 was missing
>Not all 5
>New Pajeet says he will fix the problem
>Next week get a gift card in mail foe $100 for my troubles
>Call in again and try to explain that only one was missing
>Supervisor gets on phone and tells me.issue is resolved and to have a good day.
Original peice was $799, i got all 5 for free and a $100 gift card.
