Well I took out the loan to pay off debt and to pay a large bill. The timing of the debt required me to sell some KO shares to free up money to pay the debt off before the interest fees could be added. Once I got the loan the sold KO shares were re bought. Cutting the cable bill took a while due to being able to get all the channels we watched back without blowing a load of money in the process. Or the shares get split into smaller trades for some really dumb reason, at which point each trade is subject to the same wash rules.
