I've been on film sets. its a lot of planning and requires a lot of crew, but the actual mechanics of creating a film aren't at all that difficult if the cogs are all in order with proper funding from (((them))). they fund, produce, and distribute all high budget films. there isnt much money in film otherwise. you have to work for (((them))) if you wanna make the big bucks

This makes the movie even more valuable in my opinion. Everything that has value is built on human suffering, society the most of all. Brad was nice too.

The crew on the floor are all freelance and if you're a dick you tend not to get on jobs because you can't get on with people. Also, the people you se on high budget movies have been doing it for a long time and know their craft inside out. They are all able to interface with people in other departments and can operate well under duress.
