Hey Bros, so TDA is comped. I’ve been in the mines trying to find answers but tl;dr. I DRSed requested on TDA on the 14th. The transfer happened on the 19TH, but I still had my 59 shares on TDA for the date of record on the 18th.

TDA says it can’t give me shares because I missed the “ex-distribution date” but that doesn’t change the fact that at date of payment, the shares will be going to TDA. CS says they won’t be able to give me my 4x shares because at date of record it was with TDA. After seeking some legal council they said it IS TDA’s responsibility to give me my shares from that divvy. Their corporate compliance has been ass, I’m waiting to receive documentation from them, and I was advised to file an arbitration too. Any real genuine advice would help but I believe that this was an organized effort too. One guy I know is missing 3000 shares as he did the same thing I did on the same date with TDA.
