$7,250 of a top 50 project is not enough, no. You'd need ICP to go at least 250x to "make it" at that point unless you're not living in a developed nation. Make it stack is more like 5k ICP. Anything less is just a bet that ICP becomes as big as ETH which there's little chance of that happening.
