The “oracle problem “ means that in order to have smart contracts that involve real world information, you must trust a 3rd party along the way. This breaks trustlessness and basically renders blockchain irrelevant for the use case. If you need to trust someone you might as well use a database

this dapp is really bad if it's marketed as a covid detector and probably why the main twitter didn't tweet about it. it's beginner ML 101. First, you feed it a bunch of confirmed covid photos and a bunch of noncovid photos so it can "learn" what covid looks like. then the training algorithm is used to generate a model that tries to determine the percent probability a new photo it sees has covid or not.
