China is the world's largest gold producer and Russia is number three. Both have HUGE stashes of gold. South Africa is also a top ten gold producer and could be even better with some assistance from China. Brazil is another large gold producer and India has a mind-boggling stash of gold.

The BRICS could easily issue a gold-backed currency that would compete with the USD. And most of the world would be happy to distance itself from the psychopathic bullies running the USA.
