If you eat too many things that absorb water you can have what's called "osmotic diarrhea". Too much Vitamin C & B can have the same effect of causing sticky poopies.
I only poop before my shower so I can use my high-pressure detachable showerhead to rinse off after vigorously scrubbing my anus with soap & water as the capstone to the ablution process and have a squeaky clean anus all day.

let me explain what "pricing in" is in an ideal world where markets are not massively retarded and generally biased towards bullishness.

for every piece of news and all perceived changes to the economy, there are primary and secondary effects. primary effects are guaranteed, for secondary effects there's an associated probability that they occur.
for instance, when there's a guaranteed future rate hike, one of the primary effects is that bond & stock markets immediately start pricing in this new information. but there are also secondary effects of a rate hike that are not guaranteed: an economic contraction, the "strong labour market" buckling under pressure, housing demand crashing, etc. each of these have a probability associated with them, and markets will price in secondary effects at their current probability.
but as time goes on, one of the possible outcomes of a secondary effect must occur, so probabilities *will* shift eventually. sometimes this is a gradual trend, resulting in a market trend. other times this is a sudden upset, resulting in a harsh correction.
even rate hikes themselves are subject to this; e.g. since the bond markets haven't yet fully decided on one of the possible outcomes for the next fed meeting, we might either see a small bullish correction or a major bearish correction depending on which one of the two possible options the fed chooses.
