What I don't understand with this. Fair recruiting can work. I once (2008) worked at a Branch of one of the biggest companies in Germany. The branch was big enough to warrant a whole position for "Equality ensurance". It was mostly aimed at man/woman equality but also worked for migrants like Turks, Polish or Africans. Anyway, it worked really really well. We still had sectors like engineering and material science with only 0-15% Women, but also ones like programming and electric with over 30%. And you felt that only persons who were really qualified worked there regardless of anything. And the atmosphere was always very relaxed. Surprisingly we had almost 80% Women in Team and department lead roles.

I got every single share I was entitled to, immediately on the 22nd, because I only hold most with CS and the rest in Fidelity. In fact I got my divvy shares even for shares I bought with fidelity on the 21st on the 22nd. They will also be DRS'ed. All of the shares I buy through fidelity end up being DRS'ed with a handful left behind so that when this all inevitably happens I'll have a few to let go quicker with my broker while the most are beyond comfy in conepoochair. I've bought through CS directly and also DRS'ed from Fidelity, it takes "longer" to do a direct buy through computershare but only technically. If you buy with a broker you have to wait two days after date of purchase for the shares to settle in your account and then the transfer to CS takes 3-5 business days on top of that, so if you bought shares from a broker on monday they'll settle in your account by Wednesday at market open and if you were to initiate DRS immediately at that point it would be anywhere from the following monday to the following wednesday for the transfer to be completed and them to show up in CS. If you buy directly through CS on Monday they'll get the actual purchase done the same day but then you have to wait until that wednesday for those shares to settle with their broker and then you'd have the shares show up in your CS account the following Monday or maybe Tuesday. The actual process of withdrawing shares from the DTCC takes about three business days to complete, which makes buying through CS take less time overall to settle and have that process completed as you don't have to add a business day or two for the actual ACATS transfer of ownership from broker to transfer agent.

Yes, for settlement and removal from DTCC, it is faster. However the actual transaction and buy is way fucking slower than on a broker, and if you buy on a volatile day you could get way worse price execution per-share and end up buying less shares than you could've had you done it on a broker rather than through CS directly. Which is why most people just use a reputable broker to purchase shares and then direct register once they've settled. The whole "waiting to get real shares" isn't actually a thing, whether you're buying through CS directly or buying with a broker and then transferring you're in all likelihood buying mostly if not all synthetic shares.

It doesn't actually matter that you're buying synthetic shares and is where the whole infinity pool idea actually started; you owning a synthetic share means the position used to create that share can never be closed out until that share is sold, which means shorts literally cannot fucking close completely even if they wanted to simply because you're a stubborn bastard, which means this could very well end up being another Coke-a-cola situation where we all end up getting fatass dividend payouts in perpetuity assuming even just a few million shares are held and never sold creating positions that cannot be closed. The only distinction between "real" shares and synthetics is basically whether they're direct registered or not. If not, they were created as a synthetic and remain a synthetic because they're still part of the DTCC and not held in your name but rather in the brokers name where they're free to lend it out and do whatever they want with it, including not actually own it but still credit you with having your position and just pay you the difference between where you bought it and where you sold it in the event that you sold it and they didn't still hold it to sell on your behalf. Just going off of price action at least half of my shares owned in CS started life as synthetic shorts but it doesn't matter because when I transferred them to CS to be direct registered in book entry a share was removed from the DTCC and assigned to me directly in my name and tied to my identity to cover that obligation. I still think we'll see the price pop a good bit at some point to try and make things less of a bleak tartarus unending hellscape on the short side, but everyone that holds a decent position through that will be very well rewarded and start getting dividends. At least that makes the most sense to me - paying a million or close to it for shares is nowhere near as bad as having to pay out hundreds of millions for each share over the next lifetime. The ultimate bagholders in all of this are banks and prime brokers, and beyond that the fed, and all of those entities are going to want to reduce how much they're gonna be hamstrung as much as possible as quickly and efficiently as possible. That means letting the price run and paying through the nose in the short term to prevent being gaped forever and ever and ever and ever in the long term. Half hard fucking immediately, half a slow burn until the last share is sold back into the system a hundred or couple hundred years from now.

The most elegant solution to that conundrum would be doing a digital dividend in the form of issued NFT's during one of the dividend split issuances, more than likely the next one, rather than having some retarded grandfather clause that doesn't have any legal basis. It'd reduce it down to "either you were one of the original schizos and here's your golden ticket for calling the bluff of the century, or get ""fucked'" and just get to sell shares for more than you paid for them when the price rips before that digital dividend is issued". This of course doesn't preclude insane revenues from a marketplace that can host everything from retarded jpegs to house and car titles to tokenized stocks to digital and physical assets.

I’d probably sell maybe 100 shares at $10,000 each. Maybe like 500-600 at $100,000.

I think when GME approaches Berkshire Hathaway prices is when it’s going to either come to an end, or go to crazy numbers. I’ll probably sell about 2-3000 at $400,000 a share. Abs then the rest can ride if all this dividend talk is for real...I want my kids to know they got generational wealth from their dad being a stubborn savage that has a vendetta against the slimy scum bags that took our great country that their Saxon ancestors built and turned it into a shit hole—as is their nature.
