Try learning to make some food, some simple recipe.
Watch videos, buy ingredients, follow the procedure.
It will take you a lot of time and effort to actually make it properly and maybe it will not be even close to how a proper chef makes it. Now understand that some 1 star michelin chef knows how to make hundreds of such dishes. Some grandma as well because she cooked all her life for the family.
