I work as a business analyst for $27/hour, 40 hrs a week, plus as a security guard for $20/hour, 40 hours a week.

Get rid of your security job and swap it for a part time sales job.
learn how to be truly excellent at sales and you will have more money that you know what to do with.

I'm not talking Jordan Belfort sell me this pen nonsense... Real solutions based selling.
It is what I did, never dreamed I could make this much and own a 8 figure business.
