>Are manufactured homes a good investment?
Short answer: It depends.
Long answer: Manufactured homes come in a variety of styles, formats, foundations, communities, locations, and qualities. In terms of them being a wise investment, it depends.

yes provided you own the land and don't intend on selling it anytime soon. resell value on single/double wide trailers or modular homes is shit, even if they're built to just as good (or higher) specs than your typical $450k plywood goystable built by a team of retarded and drunk $12/hour mexicans in 3 weeks.

>>50462451
If it's a high quality kit or prefab home, it typically isn't called a "manufactured home".

>> No.50462706

prefabbed homes are usually called modular homes, right?

Depends. As a single primary residence? No. The play is to buy 10 of the cheap small units and put them in a single lot like a trailer park. Then rent them to Section 8.

Retard. Rent out your house as a vacation rental and live in a trailer on your land.

Manufactured home can mean a lot of things. Most people assume it means trailer but it can also mean modular home which is as good or better than a house built totally on site.

>> No.50462949

>>50462928
I heard that modular homes are better than on site just because its built in a controlled environment. It's also built faster because you dont have to worry about the weather.

>> No.50463136

>>50462871
retard. rent out your house as a vacation rental, rent out a trailer on your land, and live in a tent in the woods. and rent that out when you're not in it.

>> No.50463318

>>50462370
The only way a manufactured home is a good investment is if you put it on a large piece of land that you're buying. That way you don't spend all your money on a fancy house until you've paid for your land. Then you get to pay taxes on the land for the rest of your life because you never actually own land in America anymore.

These are both correct but the biggest issue here is that faggots treat homes like investments instead of places to live.

Just make sure you own the land and that your family doesn't study the Talmud

modular homes that were built for $100k 5 years ago are going for at least $250k-300k today. is it the land that appreciates or the home?

>> No.50467121

Fuck no, they depreciate like crazy. However, finding one in the right place could drastically bring your cost of living down. I parked one for $50,000 and pay about $500/mo in rent. Even if I sell the home for $40,000 I'll be making out pretty good compared to the rental market in my area.

Can't tell if that is the new path currently being explored but as for me, I believe _SYS_ is worthy of every cent invested in it most especially with its new exchange listing. It's safe to say that very soon, sy.scoin would be listed in the top 20 altcoins. _SYS_ is a truly decentralised and modular blockchain

>> No.50467665 [DELETED]

When you speak of great investment options, while there are many to choose from, _SYS_ tops the list for me. With Rollux, sy.scoin’s NEVM will be the first to utilize Proof-of-Data Availability (PoDA) After Ethereum, NEVM will be one of the first to host Optimistic rollups, yet the only one anchored to Bitcoin’s gold-standard PoW

Is america the only place that these.. uhm.. vehicles are being utilized to enable morbidly obese people to continue living according to the american traditions or can you find men using them in europe as well? I highly doubt it since it would be considered rock bottom in most places and that says a lot when the same places praise trannies and fags

The existence of government anywhere precludes the concept of ownership. You cannot even own land on uninhabited planets.
