I took mechanical engineer as a low test male thinking it would make me do more manly stuff and it was the biggest mistake of my life

>hours are a mess
>you deal only with male environments but without the camaraderie of something like the army so everyone is waiting for frag you in the back so to speak
>never going to get a raise
>have to constantly travel as unpaid hours and waste all the extra money you could get in stupid overpriced shit because you can't relax in a single place

I should have became a code monkey, literally had my subconscious telling me to go with coding for at least 4 years while i was studying (because i knew some C# and Java) and I was too stubborn. Now i'm learning to code anyway
