Ethereum Classic is outperforming Ethereum again.

What's the point of Ethereum classic? I don't understand. People are developing their apps on Ethereum, and soon ETH 2.0 will be released. Nobody cares about the Classic flavor.

The market has voted and doesn't think so. 2.5B vs 160B.

there is a chance ETC will pump hard once ETH goes merge and the miners have to go somewhere else and price will need to rise for them to break even. this is also not financial advice and may not happen.

No chance ETC would be used tho if that happens
A snapshot of ETH 1.0 before the merge would be revitalized instead. Its just too far ahead of ETC in development and ecosystem for ETC to be even considered.

someone posted a smartboi idea that eth miners that aren't happy with eth 2.0 will migrate to eth classic. is there merit in this idea?

You dont seem to understand hashrate and profitability.
ETC mining is already at profitability equilibrium. Any more hash migrating over to ETC would make profitability drop, since only the same amount of coins are being released but now over a larger amount of miners. If ETC price doesn't shoot up to where ETH price is now, it wont be able to absorb the amount of miners.

Impossible, the snapshot would come with the difficulty bomb. You can't get rid of it. Vitalik planned for this. Even if the network forks, it's going to carry the difficulty bomb with it and not even God himself would be able to mine.

I thought litecoin pumping hard is the official sign that altseason has arrived. Maybe I'm wrong

The real question is what does it mean when BTC Gold pumps hard?
