If this is true it really dose mean its only temporary and inventory will catch up over the next few years. Reminder the younger ones are having no where near enough kids. One of the reasons theorised as to why they've been flooding the west with emigrants because boomers were retiring and older Gen X'ers that were set up for retirement were going to start retiring in a few years. Forbs has also done a few articles on the coming destruction of demand due to no one having kids basically threatening asset prices to start a downward trend.
