Seems like the most soulless place on earth. I'd rather move to Singapore, Japan, Southeast Asia (like Cambodia), Monaco, Switzerland, Russia even, etc.

yeah, I've heard that the heat is painful, specially in peak summer, but I could go back to my home country during the unbearable months.
a big issue I have is to leave my family on that shitty commie continent and also that I will miss them a bit.
almost decided in going. maybe for 10 years and stack a good amount of moneyzzz

I've been to Taiwan. Dubai just seems boring to me, nothing to do but spend money on food/shopping and drive around, with occasional gimmicks in malls like an indoor ski slope.

Hiking, snorkeling, visiting historical monuments/museums from the cold war, Japanese empire, Qing empire, and Dutch east india company, eating fresh seafood, visiting aboriginal villages/festivals, watching monkies. Other activities available but that I didn't do would be touring on a moped, sailing, windsurfing, white water rapids, paragliding, and scuba diving, rock climbing, and watching religious parades from local temples during ghost festival.

Pic related is a giant paper mache boat they burn as an offering to a local ocean god every year.

Dubai has all the water sport stuff for sure, hiking idk probably not a good idea given the arabs proclivity to chop people's heads off. All the other cultural stuff nah, but the cool buildings make up for some of that.

Shiny new buildings probably wear off fast. Plus, every country has a couple of them. Not every country has National Park tier outdoors.

Something soulful and one-of-a-kind like this mogs the shiny needle-tower in dubai.

>> No.50378387

Dubai has awful traffic and is full of pajeets and arabs. Worth going for a short break only.
If it's the tax break that you're after, live in Abu Dhabi instead. It's still full of pajeets and Arabs, but the population is 5x less, far more chilled out and only real difference is the party life isn't as wild.
Can always drive the 45 minutes to Dubai if you want to go for a weekend

The country is vax cucked, but you'd get the same in most Asian countries too.

People invested in Rwanda despite a recent genocide.

Rwanda is ripe with natural resources. It's just a matter of whether it will be exploited by the US or China.

Georgia has no such natural resources and is firmly within russia's grasp and always has been. The risk reward just isn't there for Georgia.

>> No.50379966

>>50379915
Does Georgia really have far worse natural resources than Rwanda?
