Old moto Guzzi motorbikes from 70s and before when they still had the classic look.
Moto Guzzi has been bought and now they are getting promoted as the Ferrari of motorbikes and their new models are expensive. So old models that are cheap now will likely become collectable.
And worst case scenario you at least got a few nice bikes rather than stamps or dolls.

Vintage US and ancient coins. Maybe some undervalued early modern ones as well. My kids are into Bakugan and shit so im buying and saving the rare ones in mint condition for when their generation goes through their pokemonesque nostalgia. Oh and VHS tapes. Im collecting a bunch of great shape classic vhs tapes thatll be collectors items for sure in the next couple of decades.

Haha i didn't think kids were still into backugon. I remember kids liking it when I was a kid (I'm 20 now). You're right about coins and tapes though. Most tapes are only worth a dollar but there's a few rare ones out there. I've noticed people go for 90s cartoons and horror. Especially b film horror. The US coins are steadily going up too, especially morgans. I don't ever plan on selling mine though but maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea to get some with the intent to sell in a few decades.

I just wonder if cassettes or vaporwave will still be popular in 10 years. I'm sure there will still be a small market for them though. I've got a bunch of rare cassettes that have gone up in value. A few rare cds too.

Legos is always a good one. Especially star wars ones and ones with popular minifigures in them . More and more adults are getting into Legos nowadays. I've got a lego guy I got as a kid that's worth $175 now.

VHS tapes will never be collectibles. Super easy to fake anything that becomes valuable and they use up too much space, don't make for good displays and everyone on the planet has famous movies in VHS in their attic.
If there was a nostalgia generation for VHS it is already too late.
Everyone kept them so the supply is endless and the demand very scarce.
