Hey, today I was registering to ramp to buy some nfts from GME. At the moment of the KYC id registration, I went ahead and made a screenshot of my passport from my computer screen. I just had a beer, mac on my belly. There was no way I would to go to my desk to take a picture. Such a smart move, right? "Worst comes worst they'll ask me to take another picture". Well, not exactly. I got banned directly and without explanation.

Today I contacted again the customer service and from the FAQs I realized that I violated the ToS because of the damn screenshot. You might be thinking that it was a dumb move (and it was). However, I find myself permanently banned without the possibility of appeal. Apart from making a stupid choice, I did not do anything wrong or unlawful.

Just a heads up. I wouldn't trust my money to be managed by someone who treats new customers this rudely.
