I used to work in the ghetto cleaning houses like these. You'd be lucky to find one not stripped of all the wiring and pipes. Often also found them full of drug addicts so you had to call the police to get them out and board every doorvand window up except one so they can't get back in. I have to imagine you would be murdered by one shortly after moving in since they essentially claim these houses as their own after a while

Also, drug dealers/drug dealing gangs will often claim homes like these and use them to hide their stash of drugs/money/guns. So even if you do buy this place, when you call the cops to kick out the addicts/homeless/gangbangers living inside it they're probably going to search the place, find the applicable stash, run off with it to resell themselves more than likely, and you will absofuckinglutely be marked for death by some random group for essentially robbing them (in their eyes) of their shit. The only way buying broken down crackhouses like this ever works is if you buy it, mark it as being bought and fuck off so the shit gets recovered, and then come back and bulldoze it to the ground to then do remediation and cleanup to build something new. With a fuck-off wrought iron fence around it with sharp spikes on top.
